About Me

 Alexandrea is amazing!  I  started with a yoga class and then began meditation sessions with her.   It’s been a wonderful healing, growing, learning, and life changing  journey!  I am a work in progress. She’s helped me change my life and  get rid of past negativity, become a better person and achieve my  dreams!  My health has improved – two years ago I was feeling the  effects of treatment for leukemia and severe rheumatoid arthritis and 40  pounds heavier. Now I have more movement in my joints, am in remission,  and have gained back my independence . I have been renovating my house,  found the love of my life, and gained self confidence on this  incredible journey!  Alexandrea is my angel and I am looking forward to  more sessions and future growth.”

“Alex came into my life first when I had an  appointment for a Reiki cleansing. After my appointment, I knew that I  needed to see her again. I went back to her for a second cleansing a few  months later and felt more open and lighter, a feeling that I hadn’t  experienced the first time. I chalked it up to being “more ready” for  the cleansing the second time. As we talked, I had expressed that I was  going through a few things and I wished I could just release some of the  negativity that I held inside and that was when Alex told me about a  class that she was going to be doing called “Altering Your Mindset”. My  first question, before I even knew about the class, was where do I sign  up? Alex has given me more than I could possibly put into words.
